Multi-Level Facial Rejuvenation

Case snapshot

This case follows a 61-year-old patient through multi-level facial rejuvenation, with a six-month follow-up. The forehead, temples, periocular region, midface, lower face, jawline, neck and perioral region were planned together. The aim was to restore facial harmony and definition while preserving identity and natural expression.

Patient concerns

The main concerns were forehead and temporal descent, upper- and lower-eyelid aging, midface descent and reduced cheek support, lower-face and neck laxity, reduced jawline definition, downturned mouth corners and selective loss of soft-tissue volume.

Clinical assessment

The plan combined structural lifting with selective volume restoration. Forehead and temple lifting addressed the upper third; midface lifting and blepharoplasty supported the central face and periocular region. Deep plane face and neck lifting addressed lower-face and neck support, while micro/nano fat grafting and corner-of-mouth lifting refined volume and perioral balance.

Six-month follow-up

The six-month assessment considered forehead and temporal balance, the eyelids, midface support, lower-face and jawline definition, neck contour, perioral balance and soft-tissue volume distribution. This is an early-to-intermediate result, with further scar and soft-tissue maturation expected.
