Online Aesthetic Surgery Consultation

Scope of the consultation

The service is one online aesthetic surgery preliminary consultation with a doctor. You can share your expectations, discuss the available information, possible procedures, general risks, alternatives and the next assessment steps.

An online assessment has limitations. Suitability for surgery and a definitive treatment plan require an in-person examination and any necessary tests. This consultation is not consent to surgery, a definitive diagnosis or a guarantee of a particular result or operation. It is not an emergency service. Surgery and other treatments require separate information, consent and agreements.

Duration, method and price

One consultation lasts 15–20 minutes via Google Meet. The total price including taxes is selected from these independent fixed prices: 100,00 EUR / 100,00 GBP / 100,00 USD. No Turkish lira payment or automatic currency conversion is offered. Your chosen currency and exact amount are shown before payment and stored with your order. The clinic adds no extra fee; your card issuer's own fees or exchange conditions may apply. Payment is by card.

The price covers this preliminary consultation only. In-person examinations, surgery, tests, medication, hospital care, accommodation and transfers are excluded. Follow-up consultations are excluded unless separately agreed. There is no undertaking to deduct this fee from a later operation.

Appointments and service delivery

Review the service and terms, choose your currency and complete your contact and billing details. The coordinator aims to contact you within two business days; delivery of the service is targeted within thirty days of purchase. A different date may be agreed in writing.

The doctor, date, time, time zone and Google Meet link are confirmed in writing. Purchase alone does not book a time slot. Payment or an appointment confirmation does not mean that the consultation has taken place.

Preparation and privacy

Prepare your questions, provide accurate contact information and arrange a quiet, private setting with a suitable internet connection. The doctor may recommend an in-person examination or tests. A coordinator joins for scheduling or language support only with your knowledge. The clinic does not record audio or video. If a separate recording is planned, its purpose, legal basis and any necessary separate permissions will be addressed first.

You may use the optional photograph field in the contact form and may upload photographs without showing your face. Photographs are stored privately with your separate consent and are not used for advertising or social media.

Cancellation, changes and support

Before the consultation starts, you may cancel without giving a reason and choose a full refund or a free replacement appointment. Where possible, please give at least 24 hours' notice for planning purposes; this does not condition your right to a full refund. Starting the consultation before the withdrawal period ends requires your separate, express request. The checkout option is optional and is not preselected. Where applicable, the statutory exception for services begun with the consumer's consent may apply; the clinic's full-refund commitment continues until the consultation actually starts. If you do not request early service, an appropriate appointment after the withdrawal period is offered. Payment, general contract acceptance and the personal data notice do not replace this separate request.
