This case follows a 51-year-old patient from Bosnia and Herzegovina through comprehensive facial rejuvenation, with a three-month follow-up. The plan addressed the upper face, periocular region, midface, lower face, jawline and neck. At three months, the result remains in an early maturation phase.

Patient concerns

The main concerns were lower-face and neck laxity, reduced jawline definition, midface descent and loss of cheek support, upper- and lower-eyelid aging, temporal descent and loss of facial volume.

Clinical assessment

The plan combined structural lifting with selective volume restoration. Deep-plane face and neck lifting addressed lower-face and neck descent, while temple and midface lifting supported the upper and central facial thirds. Blepharoplasty and micro/nano fat grafting were used to refine the periocular appearance and restore soft-tissue balance.

Three-month early follow-up

At three months, the assessment included improved lower-face and jawline definition, a cleaner neck contour, improved midface support, a refreshed upper- and lower-eyelid appearance, temporal balance and soft-tissue harmony with selective fat grafting. Scar maturation and soft-tissue settling are ongoing, and the result will continue to mature.
